DAMRO, one of the leading business conglomerates in Sri Lanka seeks to recruit dynamic and self-motivated individuals for the following position.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEES (Import Division) Head Office – Nittambuwa
Job Profile:
- Liaise with the factories and relevant internal divisions to determine and plan required imports.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders and other external parties to ensure timely supply of import materials and other products.
- Arrange all necessary import documentation in compliance with the customs and other rules and regulations.
- Deal with Sri Lanka Customs, BOI other institutions in carrying out the import activities and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Logistic Management or equivalent.
- Sound web surfing skills to search for new suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Below 30 years of age & be permanent residents within 30km from the above location.
- Willingness to work long hours with high sense of commitment.
Total earnings within the training period will be Rs. 100,000 per month.
