Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth and professional interview experience.
- Handle pre-employment documentation and verification to support efficient onboarding.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar capacity. Posses a degree in Human Resources, or Professional Qualification in related field.
- An extroverted personality with excellent communication skills.
- Be computer literate (MS Office package)
